Which Hair Extensions do you offer?
At Bombay Hair, we offer a wide variety of high-quality hair extensions to suit your every need:
Clip-In Extensions: Our most popular option, perfect for easy and quick volume and length. These extensions are thick from root to tip, providing a seamless and natural look. Offering both Clip-in options: Traditional, or Seamless.
Tape-In Extensions: Ideal for a more permanent solution, tape-in extensions are lightweight, comfortable, and blend flawlessly with your natural hair.
Sew-In (Weft) Extensions: These extensions are sewn into your natural hair for long-lasting wear and a secure fit, ideal for those looking for a more permanent option. Offering all Weft options: Traditional, Hand-tied or Genius.
I-Tip Extensions: Also known as micro-link or micro-bead extensions, I-Tip extensions are attached using tiny beads, offering a strand-by-strand application for a natural finish.
K-Tip Extensions: Also known as keratin or hot fusion extensions, these are bonded to your natural hair using a keratin-based adhesive for a durable and natural-looking result.
Halo Extensions: Perfect for quick and easy application without any commitment, halo extensions use a transparent wire to secure the hair, adding instant volume and length.

What is your exchange/return policy?
In-store returns:
For Hair Extensions & Styling Tools
We accept free exchanges* within 30 days of purchase. Returns are also accepted within 14 days of purchase. There is no return label fee if returned in person at our store location. A $9.95 return label fee and the initial shipping method fee will be deducted should you choose to return your order via shipping carrier. or if your order was shipped to you. All hair and packaging must be in original condition with ties intact.
All hair purchased on seasonal sales including but not limited to Black Friday, Boxing day etc., is exchange or store credit only. Hair that is final sale will be clearly marked in the product description.
Styling Tools can be used for hair testing purposes, but cannot be exchanged if damaged or heavily used. If the styling tool has been used, it is limited to exchange for a new item only.
The styling tool box packaging must be returned in original condition. All tools purchased on seasonal sales including but not limited to Boxing day etc., is exchange only. Styling Kits, exclusive promotions and other sales may have special conditions indicated in the description. Styling kits are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
For Accessories
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all Accessories are Final Sale as indicated in the product description.
Shipping
All delivery and shipping fees are nonrefundable, including the return label fee for Returns.
If you pefer to use your own label, we recommend that all returned packages are sent back with a tracking number. If your order is sent back without a tracking number Bombay Hair is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please be advised all packages must be shipped following the return instructions provided. Any returns shipped with customs/duties fees attached will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please ensure the package clearly states "return, no duties". All details provided once your return/exchange has been approved.
Items that ship with free delivery will have a minimum $10 deduction if returned for initial shipping costs.
Policy
Items that have exceeded the return/exchange listed time frame are final sale. Items that have been altered (toned, dyed, installed, ties or tags removed etc.) are final sale.
Do I need an Appointment?
No! You may walk in during business hours
Please note most days our store is closed from 1:30pm - 2:00pm for staff lunch breaks.
