Processing Time

We take care with each package. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your package ships, you will receive e-mail notification and tracking.



Get your items within 1-6 business days in North America. Your tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail.



How long will my package take to arrive?

All packages within North America (Including Canada, USA and Mexico), are delivered within 1-6 business days. You may choose your shipping method upon checkout. Your time line may be effected by customs clearance time within your own home country. All our packages are prepared to be shipped anywhere in North America and should not be held for any reason.

I live outside of North America, do you ship to me?

Yes! Bombay Hair is proud to ship world wide. Please note all tools sold on www.bombayhair.com or www.bombayhair.ca have North American plugs. For voltage specifications please see the specifications on each as they may vary.

How long are processing times?

Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to process your order. Once your order ships you will receive confirmation via email including tracking. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.

I need my order faster! What can you do?

You can select Overnight shipping at checkout for an additional cost. This service is only available in Canada and the USA. 12pm PST is the cut off for overnight delivery. Please always allow 24 hours for processing.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

We do not ship any orders to P.O boxes. If your order is submitted with a P.O Box you will be contacted for an alternate address.

Will be charged customs and/or duties fees by my country?

  • For Canada and the USA: No duties or customs fees are applicable on your purchases.

  • For International Countries: International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Bombay Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Help! I entered the wrong address on my order.

If you have recieved shipping confirmation with a tracking number, please contact the carrier directly. If your package was shipped via FedEx please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager here. You will be able to change your delivery address and other details.

Is my shipping fee refundable?

No shipping fees are refundable for returns or exchanges. For more information on returns, click here.

I think my package is lost?

Use our investigation form here to start an investigation about your package. Click here. All Bombay Hair packages travel with tracking information. Bombay Hair is not responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address or to a secure pick up location to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

I think my order arrived incorrect?

Oh no! First be sure to check your confirmation email. Confirm the type of extensions received are the exact type ordered. If your order is incorrect please use our contact form here. Click Order inquiry, and select received an incorrect item . All order issues need to be reported in 3 business days. This way we can most effectively get you the correct item.

My package was returned to you?

FedEx and UPS will make 3 delivery attempts to your provided address. If the three attempts are unsuccessful they will hold the package for 2 more business days at their facility. If the package is still not retrieved the package will be returned to us. Packages that have been abandoned or returned to sender are subject to a $25 return to sender fee which will be deducted from your return. Packages that require to be re-shipped will be subject to a shipping fee.
