We know that sometimes you change your mind — whether it's the color, style, or tool — and we’re here to make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

1) Your Order Number
2) The Email Address used to place the order
3) Photos of your order.

Step 1: Use Your Tester Piece

Check the color match using the tester piece before opening the full bundle.

Step 2: Submit Required Photos

To proceed with a return or exchange, please include clear photos of the hair extensions showing the ties and packaging seals.

For Clip-In Extensions:

1) 📸 Photo of the tester piece with ties intact
2) 📸 Photo of the main bundle sealed in plastic with the void sticker clearly visible

If photos are incomplete or unclear, your request may be denied within 2 business days.
