Hair Extension Return/Exchange Image Requirements

To move forward with your return or exchange request, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the hair extensions, as shown in the examples below. Please ensure the photos clearly display the ties and/or the seal sticker on the packaging, which is important to avoid any delays or denial of your request.

Here’s what we need to see for your return to be approved:

1. A clear photo of the tester piece, showing that the ties are intact.

2. A clear photo of the larger bundle, sealed in plastic, with the void sticker clearly visible.

If we do not receive clear photos of all bundles, your request will unfortunately be denied within 2 business days.

In case your order arrived without a seal, please provide a clear photo showing the intact ties on the hair extensions, as illustrated in the example below.
