Bombay Hair is a leader in the Extensions and Hair world. Specializing in human hair extensions and styling tools, Bombay Hair is E-Commerce based and our head office is located in Richmond.
Opening early 2020 will be our first retail location in Surrey, BC.
Bombay Hair is searching for highly motivated and energetic customer care people to join our team in a retail environment. This position requires excellent customer service and management skills, the ability to multi-task, and proficiency with both internet and desktop computer applications.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will be an experienced manager who is confident managing a team
- Will help us hire a full team and be onboard before launch
- Will provide amazing customer service and sales support on the retail floor
- Can quickly solve problems for customers any time including deliveries, transactions and experiences that don't go as intended.
- Will solve operational problems and work with a high level of autonomy.
- Are familiar with hair extensions and hair styling tools or are ready to learn about the product in and out in order to offer best advice and recommends for customers.
- Multitasking ability to be able to manage sales, staff and retail standards
- Willing to work with marketing and management to help improve overall customer experience

The Requirements:
- Retail Management Experience (2+ years)
- Proven customer service experience
- Multi-tasking ability
- Proficiency using email platforms
- A proactive individual
- Professional phone etiquette
- Above average written English and excellent ability to communicate
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Ability to work within a team
- Genuine passion to help people
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must be available evenings and weekends
